This Advertiser Agreement applies to anyone who purchases a listing package. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, Listing Guidelines, and Prohibited Opportunities policy.
1. What you are buying
You are buying advertising placement in a directory for a stated term and a stated number of listings and flyers, as described in your package. You are not buying leads, clicks, sales, rankings, or any guaranteed outcome.
2. Approval required
All submissions require administrator approval before publication. We may request edits, decline a submission, or remove a live listing that no longer meets our guidelines.
3. Your representations
You confirm that:
- you are authorized to advertise the business or program you submit
- your listing, flyer, and links are accurate and not misleading
- you own or are licensed to use all uploaded content
- your offer complies with applicable laws, including advertising, consumer-protection, and business-opportunity rules
4. License to display
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, resize, thumbnail, and promote your listing and flyer on the site, in flipbook editions, in newsletters, and in social share previews during your term and for a reasonable archival period.
5. Term, renewal, and edits
Listings run for the package term. You may edit your listing from your dashboard; substantive edits may be re-reviewed. Renewals are handled by purchasing a new term unless a recurring plan says otherwise.
6. Fees and refunds
Fees are due at purchase and are governed by the Refund Policy. Promotional or founding-member pricing applies to the term purchased at that price.
7. Leads
Inquiries submitted on your listing are delivered to you. You may use them only to respond to that inquiry and must comply with anti-spam and marketing laws. Adding inquirers to unrelated bulk mailings without consent is a breach of this Agreement.
8. Suspension and removal
We may pause or remove a listing for guideline violations, unlawful content, chargebacks, broken links, or unresolved complaints. Removal for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
9. Independent parties
You are an independent advertiser. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship, and we are not responsible for your offer or your dealings with customers.
10. Indemnity and liability
You indemnify us against claims arising from your listing or your offer. Our liability to you is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
11. Changes
We may update this Agreement; changes apply to new purchases and renewals from the date posted.
