Copyright and Takedown Policy

Last updated: August 2026

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our advertisers to do the same. Advertisers must own or be licensed to use every image, logo, photo, and block of text they upload.

Reporting infringement If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice through our Contact page that includes: 1. Your name, address, and email, and your relationship to the work. 2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed. 3. The exact URL of the listing, flyer, article, or flipbook page you are reporting. 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do We review complete notices promptly. When a notice appears valid we remove or disable access to the reported material and notify the advertiser who posted it. We may unpublish an entire listing if the infringing material is central to it.

Counter-notice If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error. We may restore the material if the complaining party does not pursue the matter further.

Repeat infringers Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material are terminated and are not eligible for a refund.

Trademarks Trademark complaints follow the same process. Please identify the mark, the registration if you have one, and the URL where it is being misused.
