Before your listing is approved
If you paid for a listing and it has not yet been approved and published, you may request a full refund by contacting us. If we decline your submission and it never goes live, we refund the listing fee in full.
After your listing is published
Listing fees pay for placement, not for results. Once a listing is approved and published, the fee is generally non-refundable, because the advertising service has been delivered. Traffic, clicks, leads, and sales are never guaranteed.
Exceptions we do honor
- Duplicate charges or clear billing errors are refunded in full.
- If a technical fault on our side keeps your listing offline for a meaningful part of its term, we will extend the term or refund a prorated amount, at your choice.
- If we remove your listing for a reason unrelated to your conduct, we refund the unused portion.
Removals for guideline violations
If a listing is removed because it breaks our Listing Guidelines, Prohibited Opportunities policy, or Terms of Service, no refund is due.
Annual and multi-listing plans
Plan fees cover the plan term. If you cancel mid-term, your listings stay live until the end of the paid term and no partial refund is issued unless one of the exceptions above applies.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the Contact page with your account email, the listing name, and the date of purchase. We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Accounts with an open chargeback may have listings paused until the dispute is resolved.
