These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website, the directory, flipbook editions, articles, and any paid listing services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What this platform is This is a paid advertising directory for work-from-home, mail-order, and digital business resources. Every listing in the directory is a paid advertisement submitted by an advertiser. We are not the seller, employer, or operator of any opportunity listed here, and we do not act as an agent for any advertiser.

2. No endorsement and no verification promise Publication of a listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any kind. We review submissions against our Listing Guidelines before approval, but that review is editorial only. We do not audit an advertiser's financials, legal status, deliverables, or results. You are responsible for doing your own due diligence before spending money or sharing personal information with any advertiser.

3. Eligibility and accounts You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit a listing. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Paid listings Listing packages, prices, durations, and limits are shown on the packages page and may change over time. Prices shown at the moment of purchase apply to that purchase. Submitting a listing and paying does not guarantee publication: all listings require administrator approval, and we may decline or remove any listing that does not meet our guidelines.

5. Advertiser content You keep ownership of the flyers, text, images, and files you upload. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, thumbnail, and promote that content on the Service, in flipbook editions, in email newsletters, and in social previews for as long as your listing is live and for a reasonable archival period afterward.

You represent that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, and that your listing is accurate and not misleading.

6. Acceptable use You agree not to: - submit false, deceptive, or misleading claims - promote pyramid schemes, chain letters, or unlawful money-making programs - upload malware, scrape the Service, or attempt to bypass access controls - impersonate another person or business - harvest contact details of other users for unsolicited messaging

7. Leads and inquiries When a visitor submits an inquiry on a listing, we pass their details to the listing owner so they can respond. Advertisers must use those details only to reply to that inquiry and must comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing laws.

8. Third-party links Listings and articles link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, products, privacy practices, or conduct of those sites.

9. Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing will produce any particular result.

10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost income, arising from your use of the Service or from any dealings with an advertiser. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your listings, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination We may suspend or remove a listing or an account at any time for violation of these Terms or the Listing Guidelines. Removal for a violation does not automatically entitle you to a refund; see the Refund Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
